REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, website development, or digital projects.
Strong understanding of website development processes, UI/UX principles, and website functionality.
Experience coordinating with web developers, designers, and external vendors.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Apps).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of project management tools and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage website development projects from planning to launch.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with web developers, designers, and external vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Gather and document business requirements and website specifications.
Review website content, functionality, and user experience before deployment.
Conduct quality assurance checks and identify areas for improvement.
Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
Identify potential risks and implement solutions to avoid project delays.
Ensure the website is optimized for performance, functionality, and user experience.
Coordinate website updates, maintenance, and future enhancements.
