MEP Project Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management

Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, budgeting, and resource management

Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities

Ability to manage project schedules, quality, safety, and cost control effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage MEP project execution from initiation to handover
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and local authority regulations
Prepare and present project reports to management and clients
