Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree Required
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the audio visual industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira is a plus
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and other departments within the company, including sales, logistics, warehousing, client and operations.
- Respond to RFP on behalf of PMO organization delivering preliminary Project Plans, Schedule of Values, and RFI Responses.
- Assist with project planning, including creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project milestones, and monitoring project budgets.
- Help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues that may impact project delivery.
- Support the project team in preparing project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Maintain project-related files and documentation, ensuring that all project information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Help the Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project team members, including scheduling and attending project meetings, tracking action items, and following up on project-related tasks.
