REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or satisfactory relevant work experience
- Relevant work experience within an operations department in an equipment installations, construction or transportation environment.
- Competency in computer usage for a variety of tasks and Microsoft applications incl. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
- Solid organizational skills, incl. multitasking and time-management
- We value creativity and organization skills
- Outgoing and professional demeanor appropriate for a corporate environment
- Passion for providing high quality customer service and handling projects from start to finish
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with project teams and liaise with customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assist with quoting and RFQ
- Setup jobs and confirm relevant information with customers and field teams
- Coordinate resources, materials and equipment needed for installations projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and records
- Work with managers to eliminate blockers
- Assist with travel arrangements for field teams
- Assist with resolving basic issues that may arise during an installations project
