REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management, demonstrating proven expertise in the field.
• Experience in high rise building is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conceptualization through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and contractors to create cohesive project plans, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and sustainability.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications, utilizing advanced software tools to visualize and communicate design intent effectively.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions, addressing potential challenges early in the project lifecycle.
