REQUIREMENTS

• Exhibits a strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building codes, ensuring design accuracy.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools, highlighting technical proficiency.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration within project teams.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in architectural principles.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation, illustrating practical expertise.
• Holds relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., Registered Architect, BIM certification), showcasing professional competence.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM models.
• Possesses experience with international building codes and standards, indicating adaptability to global projects.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, including the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards and client requirements.
• Lead the coordination of BIM models with various disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes, optimizing design efficiency.
• Create and manage BIM content libraries, including families and templates, to streamline the design process and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM workflows, providing guidance and support to designers and engineers.
• Prepare and deliver BIM project documentation, such as BIM execution plans, model audits, and clash detection reports.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings, offering BIM expertise and contributing to design solutions.
• Stay current with the latest BIM software, technology, and industry best practices, continuously improving BIM capabilities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols for the firm.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
