Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or factory operations.
- Previous experience supporting production, operations, or logistics teams is required.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Good understanding of inventory, logistics, and production processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily production and operational activities.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on pending tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Update inventory, production, and logistics information in company systems.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support stock monitoring and inventory control activities.
- Track production progress and report any delays or operational issues.
- Organize and maintain production files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing operational procedures and process improvements.
- Handle urgent assignments and administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
