Product Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in energy or marine technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of underwater seismic acquisition and related technologies
• Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Ability to travel to vessels worldwide and possess certification to travel offshore on Company vessels
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for source technologies used in marine seismic acquisition
• Lead market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to identify trends and product gaps
• Define product requirements, specifications, and value propositions in collaboration with engineering and commercial stakeholders
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept and business case through design, testing, and commercialization
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and operational insights into actionable product improvements
• Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Support commercial engagements with product expertise and technical presentations for proposals and tenders
