Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager in a digital product environment
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude Analytics or similar behavioral analytics tools
  • Ability to define events, track meaningful metrics, and interpret user behavior without confusion
  • Clear thinking. You can explain what is happening in a product and why
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and growth
  • Comfort working in environments where structure is still being built

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap tied to user behavior and revenue signals
  • Use Amplitude Analytics to track user journeys, funnels, retention, and feature adoption
  • Translate product data into decisions, not reports
  • Work with engineering and design to ship improvements based on validated insights
  • Identify drop-off points across the user lifecycle and drive solutions that improve activation and retention
  • Align product development with business goals such as revenue growth, user expansion, and operational efficiency
  • Build simple systems that connect product usage to business performance
  • Prepare product narratives that can be understood by founders, operators, and external stakeholders
