Product Growth Lead
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in Product Growth, Product Analytics, Product Operations, or related roles.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query and analyze complex datasets.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user funnels, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Posthog) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven experience in conducting user research and qualitative discovery.
- Experience in travel-tech, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace environments is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the conversion improvement roadmap across key funnels including search, booking, checkout, and payment.
- Identify user drop-offs and friction points through funnel analysis, behavioral data, and user feedback.
- Design and prioritize product-led growth initiatives to improve activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Build and manage a structured experimentation pipeline, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and post-test analysis.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to translate qualitative insights into product improvements.
- Use SQL independently to analyze user behavior, cohorts, and conversion trends.
- Define and track key growth metrics such as checkout completion, booking success rates, and repeat purchase rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute growth strategies.
