Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong at customer interviews and product discovery.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers (you don’t need to code, but you “get it”).
  • Proven ability to ship products, not just plan them.
  • Strong product sense and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Curious, proactive, and ownership-driven.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English required. Arabic is a Plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and continuously refine the product vision aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives.
  • Act as the main product point of contact for leadership and stakeholders.

Product Discovery & Research:

  • Conduct customer interviews, user research, and usability testing.
  • Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Validate ideas through rapid experimentation (prototypes, MVPs).
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.

Product Delivery & Execution:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure features are delivered with strong attention to detail and usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between product development and business needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of junior product manager & UX Designer.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure team alignment, clarity of priorities, and efficient execution.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Define and track key product metrics (engagement, retention, conversion)
  • Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Continuously iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
