REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in a research, analyst, or advisory role within financial services research or management consultancy
• Deep subject matter expertise in retail banking, business banking, and/or payments
• Proven experience in quantitative research, including survey design and working with large datasets
• Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of growing client accounts
• Existing professional network within the UAE and Gulf financial services community
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and delivery of research programmes across retail banking, business banking, and payments, including survey design and hypothesis development
• Write high-quality research reports, white papers, and thought leadership that provide strategic implications for the Middle East market
• Present findings to senior audiences, including C-suite executives and strategy teams at major regional financial institutions
• Drive the development of existing client relationships in the UAE and Gulf through regular, high-quality engagement
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the established client base
• Proactively uncover bespoke research opportunities and develop commissioned research briefs to address specific strategic needs
• Collaborate with global research and data teams to provide regional insights within a global context
