Pre-Sales Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with Interactive Displays, Digital Signage, or AV products
• Experience with Commercial LED integrators and project-based environments
• Familiarity with AV technologies and related systems
• Knowledge of key regional market players is an advantage
• Graduate in Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• 2–3 years of experience working with channels in the AV / Signage industry
• Fluent in Arabic
• UAE driving license is mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, partners, and consultants.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, tender documents, and compliance statements.
• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist in creating marketing content in Arabic, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, videos, case studies, and product campaigns.
• Develop Arabic-language product messaging and educational content for regional markets.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
• Maintain competitor pricing databases and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, webinars, partner events, and marketing campaigns.
• Train partners and customers on our client’s products and solutions.
• Assist with proof-of-concept deployments and customer evaluations.
