REQUIREMENTS
Good to have experience with Planisware Project Management Module.
- Proficiency in JIRA for user story creation, task tracking, and Agile execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong ability to elaborate and detail user stories, including defining acceptance criteria.
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to keep project information up to date, including schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project management activities using Planisware, ensuring accurate tracking of timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine user stories, ensuring proper acceptance criteria and alignment with business needs.
- Manage and maintain Agile workflows using JIRA, including backlog grooming, sprint planning inputs, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate strong communication between technical and business teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables as needed.
· Produce high‑quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, and status reports as per the need.
