REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in coordinating and onboarding new leads for senior care services
– Strong communication and phone skills
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close clients
– Customer service or healthcare experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Generate & Respond to new leads immediately
– Conduct intake calls and assess client needs
– Guide clients through onboarding (forms, agreements, payment)
– Schedule caregivers and manage client communication
– Follow up with leads to convert them into active clients
