Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 23 years of healthcare scheduling experience REQUIRED
  • Experience scheduling for multiple providers REQUIRED
  • Experience in psychiatry, therapy, behavioral health, or medical practices preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for 20+ therapists and providers
  • Manage provider calendars and maintain schedule accuracy
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Collect copays, outstanding balances, and payment information
  • Contact patients regarding overdue balances
  • Draft and send patient letters and documentation requests
  • Process appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests
  • Coordinate patient care and provider availability
  • Confirmation calls
