Patient Booking Specialist 

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in appointment setting for medical spas or a related field

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Familiarity with marketing & CRM software such as GoHighLevel

– Ability to work multiple short shifts, including mornings, evenings, and make calls throughout the day as needed

– Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience

RESPONSIBILITES

– Call leads within 5 minutes after they submit their information (during regular US work hours)

– Follow a provided script

– Book them in for an appointment directly onto our clients’ calendars

– Monitor text conversations with leads

– Keep track of leads in our clients’ sales pipelines
