Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of mobile monetization experience with expertise in ad mediation and programmatic advertising
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as MAX, AdMob, or LevelPlay
• Native Vietnamese fluency and strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, A/B testing, and revenue modeling
• Proven track record managing large-scale publishers, ideally with accounts generating $50M+ in annual revenue
• Deep familiarity with the Vietnamese gaming studio ecosystem

Preferred

• Background in game studio monetization or User Acquisition (UA)
• Experience in AdTech or SaaS account management selling into gaming companies
• An AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to scale analysis and insights

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own account onboarding and strategic planning for publishers in the APAC region
• Lead consultative discovery to understand publisher monetization strategies and KPIs
• Review and present AI-generated optimization insights to ensure they are grounded in publisher context
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth technical onboarding and lead executive business reviews
• Design and analyze A/B tests across pricing strategies, demand partner mix, and user segmentation
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities such as new apps, formats, or incremental spend
• Represent publisher needs in product roadmap discussions to advocate for market-driven solutions
