Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years in a coordinator, client services, support, or operations role
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort learning new software quickly and independently
- Clear, professional written communication over email and chat
- A proactive, figure-it-out attitude and the patience to troubleshoot
- A reliable home workspace and the self-direction to do good work remotely
Nice to Have
- Cannabis industry familiarity or experience with retail/dispensary clients
- Experience with Notion, Linear, Slack, or help-desk platforms
- Exposure to app configuration, QA, JSON, CMS work, or basic technical troubleshooting
- Customer support or account coordination at a SaaS company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support partner onboarding: help new dispensary partners get set up, gather assets and information, and walk them through getting their app, site, and kiosk live
- Configure and QA partner apps: set up themes, content, and settings, then test everything and catch issues before partners do
- Respond to partner questions and escalations as a friendly, reliable first point of contact
- File, triage, and track bug reports and feature requests through Linear with the dev team
- Keep help articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides accurate in our support hub
- Help partners use the marketing and engagement features built into their apps
- Maintain partner records, track project status, and document processes
