Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of successful experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or strategic alliances

Background in SaaS (including API), MedTech, Aesthetics, or B2B preferred

Proficiency in English plus fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or Mandarin)

Proven success working across different cultures and international markets

Track record in high-value B2B sales and partnership development

Strong ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural expectations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and scale global partnerships by identifying, recruiting, and empowering channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances worldwide

Engage with stakeholders across cultures, adapting communication styles to build trust and long-term relationships

Drive value-based sales and market expansion by positioning Crisalix as the go-to solution for aesthetic professionals

Navigate international business landscapes, understanding different regulations and market behaviors

Train and support partners for success through multilingual training and sales enablement

Optimize partner performance by tracking sales data, analyzing trends, and adapting strategies

Create new business opportunities using cultural insights and an entrepreneurial mindset
