REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or field personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Construction industry experience.
• Equipment rental experience.
• Portable sanitation industry experience.
• Logistics or transportation experience.
• Inventory management experience.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Site Onboarding

• Coordinate activation of new inventory locations.
• Schedule photographers and inventory personnel.
• Coordinate temporary labor and equipment operators.
• Track onboarding progress for multiple sites simultaneously.
• Maintain site documentation and operating procedures.

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory counts by model, color, and location.
• Track available, reserved, and sold inventory.
• Verify inventory updates received from field personnel.
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate as equipment is sold and removed.

Operations Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate customer pickups.
• Confirm required personnel are available for scheduled pickups.
• Ensure electronic Bills of Lading (BOLs) are completed correctly.
• Verify receipt of electronically signed BOLs and required site photographs.
• Coordinate communication between customers, site personnel, and Crapper King management.

Photo & Listing Management

• Organize incoming site photos.
• Coordinate image cleanup and processing.
• Maintain photo libraries by site and inventory group.
• Assist with creation of online listings and inventory packages.

Reporting

• Provide regular inventory and site status reports.
• Track onboarding milestones.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and databases.
• Identify potential issues before they impact sales or operations.
