Part-Time Freelance Bookkeeper
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience creating customized QuickBooks reports
- Understanding of payroll processing and general accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- References from previous clients or employers are required.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and balance bank statements
- Process limited payroll
- Pay and manage office bills and vendor payments
- Prepare records and documentation for annual tax filings
- Create customized financial reports using QuickBooks
- Assist with general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
