Part-time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience and comfort working remotely while maintaining high quality service
- Minimum 2-3 years customer service or related work experience
- 1-2 years experience with Intercom (phone, ticketing, knowledge base) or similar customer ticketing platform
- Reliable internet connection and work location conducive to answering live phone calls from customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via email, instant chat, and live (low volume) phone calls
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and refunds for our subscription model based business
- Responsible for providing basic technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer requests
- Maintain customer records of related activities and orders
- Work with internal departments to solve customer concerns
- Keep up to date with product developments, sales promotions, activities within the company to share accurate information with customers
- Assist in generating online help content to help customers find answers to questions
