REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable sending quick text messages and following a simple process

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound phone calls to past real estate clients using a provided script
• Ask for feedback about their experience working with our team
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave a Google review
• Follow up with clients if a call goes unanswered
• Coordinate with our agents via text message to confirm which past clients should be contacted
• Track call outcomes and reviews generated
