REQUIREMENTS

Strong work ethic with ability to meet quality and productivity expectations

Strong analytical skills, initiative, and attention to detail

Ability to follow defined production processes

Some technical background, either through formal training or equivalent on-the-job experience

Proficiency in Windows, particularly web browsers and Windows Explorer

Familiarity with DOS file structures and file organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changes

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and skill levels to find the best solutions

Good interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with data to process, create, and edit product databases

Perform product Q/C and verify product integrity

Maintain databases and troubleshoot to resolve issues using diagnostic and analytical skills

Use knowledge and understanding of database structures, as well as data flow within department from point of entry to exit
