Overseas Local IT Sales Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills:English can be used as a working language with fluent oral English. Able to communicate with overseas clients smoothly via phone, video conferences and business correspondence.
- Experience & Background:Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of overseas B2B sales experience. Candidates with experience in IT, software, SaaS, smart hardware globalization, or working for major companies such as Cisco, Huawei, HPE will be given priority.
- Professional Skills:Familiar with foreign trade processes and procurement habits of overseas clients. Strong market development capability and business negotiation skills.
- Personal Qualities:Highly target-oriented, resilient under pressure and self-motivated. Able to adapt to cross-time-zone communication and accept moderate overseas business trips.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Development:Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s IT products/solutions in target overseas markets [e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East], and for identifying and following up on potential B2B clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain long-term, cooperative relationships with overseas clients, agents and channel partners, to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Business Negotiation:Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from demand communication, solution quotation and business negotiation to contract signing, to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Market Insight:Collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information and customer demands in target overseas markets, and provide feedback for the company’s product iteration and marketing strategy optimization.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration:Work closely with product, technical support and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality end-to-end services to overseas clients.
