Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Experience with relationship management and client retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and power filtration products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and general IT skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while achieving sales objectives.
  • An understanding of or experience in the Australian electrical/power industry is a benefit.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales growth and identify business opportunities in Western Australia.
  • Develop and manage effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Nurture customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate leads and represent our client at industry events as required.
