REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as an intake coordinator or in a similar role required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple cases
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, surrogacy, fertility, or case coordination is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct initial intake calls and follow-ups with prospective candidates
- Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
- Answer questions regarding the process with clarity and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake workflow
- Provide timely communication and updates to applicants
- Support process improvements and intake best practices
