REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with the Shopify helpdesk app Gorgias is a strong plus
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call center environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional with upset customers
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a structured remote setting
- Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
- Consistent attendance and dependability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer contacts promptly and professionally
- Research order histories, shipments, and account details
- Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Communicate decisions clearly and confidently
- Assist customers with ordering, replacements, and general account support
- Accurately document conversations and outcomes
- Escalate complex situations when needed
- Help the team meet daily response and resolution goals
