REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with the Shopify helpdesk app Gorgias is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call center environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional with upset customers
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured remote setting
  • Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
  • Consistent attendance and dependability

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer contacts promptly and professionally
  • Research order histories, shipments, and account details
  • Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Communicate decisions clearly and confidently
  • Assist customers with ordering, replacements, and general account support
  • Accurately document conversations and outcomes
  • Escalate complex situations when needed
  • Help the team meet daily response and resolution goals
