Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, office coordination, retail operations, logistics, or scheduling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software applications.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting home improvement, manufacturing, construction, furniture, cabinetry, or related industries.
  • Experience with order management, CRM, or ERP software.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory or order tracking systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Coordination

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders and service requests.
  • Monitor order progress and provide timely status updates to customers.
  • Coordinate order information with internal departments to support timely completion.
  • Ensure all order details are accurate and up to date.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding order status, timelines, and general services.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive customer service.

Scheduling & Communication

  • Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, and customer appointments.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Track open requests to ensure timely resolution.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
  • Perform data entry and update information within company systems.
  • Prepare reports, order summaries, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
