REQUIREMENTS
- A history of success in a customer-facing role
- Excitement to work at a growing start-up
- A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer
- An attitude that gets things done
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly understand customer’s core issues and find creative solutions
- An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solving client issues via all channels including chat, email, and phone
- Becoming a cross-functional team player by partnering with our Customer Success and sales teams
- Being the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Helping to improve the customer experience while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun team environment
- Some after hours and weekend work will be required
