REQUIREMENTS

  • A history of success in a customer-facing role
  • Excitement to work at a growing start-up
  • A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer
  • An attitude that gets things done
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly understand customer’s core issues and find creative solutions
  • An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solving client issues via all channels including chat, email, and phone
  • Becoming a cross-functional team player by partnering with our Customer Success and sales teams
  • Being the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
  • Helping to improve the customer experience while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun team environment
  • Some after hours and weekend work will be required
