  • Basic understanding of marketing coordination and business operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of the catering business to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of services.
  • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring productivity, proper training, and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand direction.
  • Monitor and support marketing activities, providing operational input and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, including performance, operational updates, and key metrics.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making through insights and operational data.
