Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–10 years in operations, project coordination, or similar
- Background in engineering, environmental, technical consulting, or field services preferred
- Strong written communicator comfortable with technical clients
- Self-directed — you manage your workload without hand-holding
- High ownership mentality — you close loops, you don’t leave things open
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving small company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate multiple concurrent field projects domestically and internationally
- Manage client communication and project status updates
- Handle scheduling, travel logistics, and field crew coordination
- Track deliverables and internal deadlines
- Coordinate invoicing and vendor relationships
- Support proposal assembly and tracking
- Build and maintain operational workflows
