REQUIREMENTS
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly with clients
- Naturally keep notes, lists, and records organized because it helps you communicate and follow up better
- Think independently and take ownership of problems
- Enjoy improving systems and processes
- Are comfortable in a growing, evolving small business
- Enjoy creating and maintaining structure
- Like the idea of being a key part of a small, high-trust team
- Have experience in administrative, operations, scheduling, or coordination roles (small business experience is a plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage client calls, texts, and emails
- Build and send quotes
- Schedule services and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain detailed, organized client notes and job records in Jobber so nothing is ever lost, forgotten, or repeated
- Help refine internal systems and processes
- Implement ideas discussed with the owner (marketing, organization, improvements)
- Track details, follow up on loose ends, and keep things moving without micromanagement
