REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, finance, analytics, project management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, support, and improve operational processes across multiple areas of the business.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive growth.
- Manage and execute special projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Assist with vendor management, customer operations, logistics, reporting, and administrative initiatives as needed.
- Build systems and documentation that help the company scale effectively.
- Develop and maintain project management tools to track major company initiatives, including product development and market launches.
- Take ownership of new responsibilities as the company grows and evolves.
