REQUIREMENTS
Highly organized with strong administrative and logistical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable managing billing, scheduling, and data tracking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all student intake for up to 110 students and process enrollment forms.
- Organize student information so teachers can easily access it.
- Handle customer service and take calls to explain the distance learning program.
- Coordinate scheduling between parents and online teachers.
- Manage billing for sessions and supplies.
- Track teacher hours to ensure they match paid student hours (such as 30 minutes three times a week or 90 minutes of one on one support).
- Purchase requested materials and process material reimbursements for parents.
