Nutrition Marketing Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (ActiveCampaign, GHL, or similar)
- Experience or exposure to ManyChat, ThriveCart, or similar tools
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines independently
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or eating disorder spaces
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Experience supporting course launches or digital product ecosystems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with the team to plan monthly content across blogs, social media, and newsletters
- Align content with SEO goals, seasonal trends, and client needs
- Identify opportunities to expand on high-performing topics and campaigns
Content Creation & Repurposing
- Draft, edit, and optimize blog posts using SEO best practices
- Repurpose existing content (blogs, social posts, emails) into multiple formats
- Assist in writing social media captions, email newsletters, and website copy
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
SEO & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research to inform blog and website content
- Optimize existing blog posts to improve search rankings and visibility
- Monitor performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy
Course & Offer Build-Out (ThriveCart)
- Assist with building and organizing digital products and courses within ThriveCart
- Support sales page content, checkout flows, and basic funnel setup
- Collaborate on strategy for course launches and evergreen offers
Marketing Systems & Automation
- Support ManyChat strategy and implementation for audience engagement and lead capture
- Assist in building and optimizing email sequences, automations, and campaigns
- Work within CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign and/or GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage contacts, tagging, and workflows
Audience Growth & Lead Generation
- Support strategies to increase website traffic and convert readers into clients
- Assist with calls-to-action, landing pages, and email list growth
- Ensure content aligns with the client journey and service offerings
