Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Basic to intermediate computer and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Dispatch, scheduling, or call‑center experience
- Experience supporting multiple internal teams in an operations role
- Desire to grow into a Dispatcher or leadership position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary coverage for the Dispatch phone queue, accurately documenting all call outcomes in the service system
- Communicate professionally with Customers regarding schedule changes, reschedules, time‑frame updates, and late arrivals
- Support Customer Service, Dispatch, and field Technicians by answering dispatch‑related questions and facilitating cross‑department communication
- Maintain accurate and timely service statuses, including daily follow‑up on work orders in “Working to Schedule” and similar queues
- Proactively identify available work to help fill technician schedules and maximize daily productivity
- Support route readiness and help maintain overall schedule integrity
