Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Basic to intermediate computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Dispatch, scheduling, or call‑center experience
  • Experience supporting multiple internal teams in an operations role
  • Desire to grow into a Dispatcher or leadership position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as primary coverage for the Dispatch phone queue, accurately documenting all call outcomes in the service system
  • Communicate professionally with Customers regarding schedule changes, reschedules, time‑frame updates, and late arrivals
  • Support Customer Service, Dispatch, and field Technicians by answering dispatch‑related questions and facilitating cross‑department communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely service statuses, including daily follow‑up on work orders in “Working to Schedule” and similar queues
  • Proactively identify available work to help fill technician schedules and maximize daily productivity
  • Support route readiness and help maintain overall schedule integrity
