Notary Signing Service Scheduler
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in scheduling, loan signing agent, or notary services is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing orders in the portal from start to finish
- Calling and vetting notaries for the right fit
- Reviewing documents and sending detailed notes to notaries
- Monitoring and responding to client and notary emails
- Checking scanbacks and communicating corrections/approvals
- Coordinating drop-offs/pickups locally (Maricopa County)
- Setting up courier pickups and tracking FedEx shipments
- Communicating with clients and updating the portal
- Managing invoices, notary lists, and performance reviews
- Providing a daily report to the Signing Service Owner
