ML Evaluation Specialist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• 2 – 4 years of experience conducting error analysis and interpreting model performance trends
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
• Familiarity with evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrices
• Ability to analyze structured datasets and model outputs
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate ML model predictions against ground truth datasets
• Validate and annotate prediction correctness
• Score model outputs using both quantitative metrics and qualitative assessment
• Conduct error categorization and structured performance feedback
• Identify systematic failure patterns and recurring model weaknesses
• Perform in-depth error analysis to improve model reliability
