REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Organized and reliable in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have conversations with business owners about their operations and needs
• Recommend payment and POS solutions based on those needs
• Move interested merchants through the onboarding and setup process
• Join scheduled calls and conduct follow-ups
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with merchants
• Track activity and updates in the CRM system
• Partner with your team to support growth goals
