REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years managing social media for a business or practice (healthcare or wellness experience a plus)
  • Strong writing skills with a warm, professional voice
  • Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
  • Self-directed and reliable — can work independently without daily check-ins
  • Genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and integrative care

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts for both locations
  • Plan and create content (posts, stories, reels) that reflects our integrative, compassionate approach
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
  • Engage with our community — respond to comments and messages professionally and warmly
  • Support occasional email marketing, blog content, or local outreach as needed
  • Track basic engagement metrics and report monthly
