Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a strong preference for B2B or SME-focused roles
  • Proven ability to run digital campaigns independently across paid and organic channels
  • Strong copywriting skills – able to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messaging
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to make decisions
  • UAE or GCC market experience preferred
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
  • Fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels targeting UAE SMEs
  • Create compelling content tailored to business owners and decision-makers – including social posts, email newsletters, blogs, and ads
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation
  • Build and maintain our email marketing and CRM pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activity with revenue targets
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data
  • Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities with SME-focused communities and associations
  • Support brand awareness initiatives across the UAE market
