Marketing Account Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, media sales, business development, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and CRM.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and keep tasks moving.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and effectively manage internal follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and the ability to support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to performance-based marketing campaigns and an understanding of key campaign metrics.
- Previous experience working with promoters, agencies, event organisers or other external partners.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Support the Marketing Account Manager with day-to-day account and Marketing Services activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure agreed Marketing Services, including digital campaigns, creative packages, landing pages, CRM activities and other marketing solutions, are briefed and progressed within required timelines.
- Prepare and share clear briefs, requirements, timelines and supporting materials with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor the progress of Marketing Services deliverables and follow up with internal teams to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Communicate organiser feedback, requests and updates to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure agreed changes are actioned accordingly.
- Maintain organised trackers, timelines and action lists for ongoing accounts and Marketing Services activities.
- Support the preparation of campaign and Marketing Services plans, proposals, presentations, activation schedules and other client-facing materials.
- Gather updates, performance information and reporting from internal teams and support the preparation of organiser updates and reports.
- Follow up on outstanding creatives, approvals, event information and other materials required from organisers.
- Support communication with organisers where required, including routine updates, follow-ups and requests for information or materials.
- Assist with the coordination of selected smaller organiser accounts where appropriate and under the guidance of the Marketing Account Manager.
- Support meeting preparation, take note of key actions where required and follow up on agreed next steps.
- Ensure account information, briefs, creatives, approvals, reports and other relevant documentation are organised and kept up to date.
- Flag delays, issues, client concerns or outstanding requirements to the Marketing Account Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Marketing Account Manager and wider Marketing Services team as required.
