Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Math or Juris Doctorate
• 4+ years in Compliance within financial services
• Experience in Derivatives or Prediction Markets
• Experience in Tradfi or Crypto space
• Familiarity with futures markets, commodities, and trading
• Proficiency with Trade Surveillance Platforms
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed

RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform real-time monitoring of exchange activity and security feeds to identify market abuse like wash trading or spoofing
• Monitor market data to ensure compliance with margin requirements and position limits
• Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions
• Investigate potential rule violations by obtaining testimony and drafting investigative reports
• Ensure adherence to SEC, CFTC, and FINRA regulations
• Contribute to the development of surveillance protocols and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to improve compliance workflows
