Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in maintenance supervision.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and handling residential and commercial maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, including MEP, civil, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and plumbing works.
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
