Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, freight operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms.
• Working knowledge of domestic freight modes, including LTL, FTL, parcel, and intermodal transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining accurate logistics records.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with DOT regulations and freight compliance documentation is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, freight activity, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm orders and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, customs documentation, and related records.
• Investigate and assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, or transportation issues.
• Enter, update, and maintain logistics information within transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and inventory management tools.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase order processing, vendor communication, and invoice follow-up.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to align receiving, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
• Prepare logistics reports, shipping analyses, and key performance indicator (KPI) summaries.
• Support compliance efforts related to DOT, FMCSA, and other applicable transportation regulations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and operational performance.
