Livestream Host (Part-Time / Freelance)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 6 months experience hosting livestreams on Shopee & Tiktok (other platforms are a plus). Fresh graduates who are interested are also encouraged to apply.

2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Malay.

3. An engaging personality with the ability to connect with a diverse audience and adapt to situations on the spot.

4. Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and basic technical setup is an advantage.

5. Results-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Host & engage live audiences on streaming platforms during key campaign dates & times (Shopee, Tiktok & etc.).

2. Understand, introduce & demonstrate the company’s products, respond to viewer enquiries in real-time and guide customers to make transactions during livestreams.

3. Foster audience participation by organizing interactive activities, challenges, and giveaways during livestreams.

4. Track and analyze livestream performance using insights and analytics to inform future strategies.

5. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in livestreaming and e-commerce to enhance sales and engagement.

6. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that boost livestream performance and brand visibility.
