Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
- Hands-on builder with execution focus — you ship, not delegate
- Technical competence with analytics tools and dashboarding
- Experience in e-commerce, education/info products, or community-driven businesses preferred
- Operator mindset with ability to move fast in ambiguity and deliver results
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full customer lifecycle from signup through repeat purchase and advocacy
- Build, test, and optimize email sequences across the entire funnel with weekly A/B tests
- Identify drop-off points and execute fixes to improve activation rate, time-to-value, retention, and LTV
- Engage mentors and mentees to surface high-value stories and curate the weekly newsletter
- Build and maintain a growth dashboard with weekly reporting to the CEO
- Surface actionable insights and design experiments to close funnel gaps
- Own revenue-accountable metrics including activation rate, session volume, retention, and GMV growth
