Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a high-volume and fast-paced environment; Be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Google Tools, and QuickBooks environments with the ability to manage multiple computer screens.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
  • Have great communication skills, especially good phone etiquette.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Be able to handle stressful calls and callers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in the success of our client
  • Adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards of Epic California Academy
  • Review and process content and community provider applications
  • Ensure all necessary documents are obtained from content and community providers
  • Manage the student information system (Epicenter) to process curriculum, supply, asset and extra-curricular activity orders
  • Maintain and manage the purchase orders for extra-curricular activity requests
  • Perform duties and processes to retrieve assets from students who leave ECA
  • Provide customer service to parents, teachers, and content and community providers
  • Perform duties and processes to account for inventory of assets
  • Coordinate retrieval efforts with our technology partner
  • Coordinate/monitor inventory of technology items
  • Coordinate/manage the ordering of technology items
  • Track/inventory items retrieved from students
  • Manage the distribution of excess retrieved items to staff/faculty
  • Work with families/teachers/law enforcement on items that have been lost/stolen/destroyed
  • Frequent use of Google tools, spreadsheets, and school student information system
  • Conduct documentation audits and reconciliations
  • Perform other duties as needed
